Susan Zophy

Susan Zophy has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Susan started their career at Phoenix Life Insurance Company in 1992, where they held various service roles until 2006. Susan then served as the Director of Operations at Phoenix from an unknown start date until 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they held the position of AVP of Operations/Suitability Officer/Call Center. Susan subsequently became the 2nd VP of Legacy Operations from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they were promoted to VP of Operations at Phoenix.
