Belinda Henson

Belinda Henson serves as the Head of School and Principal/Co-Founder at Legacy Classical Christian Academy in Haslet, Texas, since July 2010, where responsibilities include training and supporting educators while protecting the institution's mission statement. Additionally, Belinda has been involved with the National Association of Christian Ministers since October 2021. Prior experience includes teaching undergraduates in the College of Education Reading Department at the University of North Texas from 2006 to December 2020, and teaching English and ESL at Riverside Middle School as a teacher for Fort Worth ISD from 2003 to 2005. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Secondary Education and Reading, obtained from the University of North Texas from 2001 to 2004, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development from the same university from 1993 to 1997. Belinda's early career began as a Student Assistant at the University of North Texas from 1994 to 1997.
