Hamad al Bassam

Hamad Al Bassam currently serves as the Group Head of Security & Administration and the Group Head of Projects at the National Bank of Bahrain, a position held since April 2021. Prior to this, Hamad gained extensive experience at Bahrain Islamic Bank - BisB from January 2009 to April 2021, with roles escalating from Officer Facilities Management to Head of Property, Procurement & Administration. Hamad's early career included internships at Abaad Real Estate and Bahrain Islamic Bank - BisB. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Islamic Finance from the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (2017-2018) and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Kingdom University (2005-2008), as well as a High School Diploma from IKNS (1999-2005).
