Julia Harper

Julia Harper has worked directly for the NCFL Board of Directors and NCFL’s President. She serves as an officer by fulfilling the board elected role of Corporate Secretary, manages the day-to-day operations of the office, liaises with all departments of NCFL as needed, and supports the President and senior executive team. Julia attended Spalding University in Louisville, KY, and in her free time enjoys reading, antiquing, and spending time with her family and friends.
