Lianne McNaughton

Lianne McNaughton is a seasoned professional in the fields of retail innovation and digital sales management. Currently serving as the Retail Innovation and Digital Sales Manager at National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited since August 2021, Lianne also holds the role of Founder and Chief Performance Coach at Right Mindset Institute since November 2019. As the Founder and Managing Director of Youth Can Do I.T. since January 2016, Lianne has demonstrated a commitment to youth empowerment. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Innovation and Education at The Jamaica Computer Society and Chief Operating Officer at One on One Educational Services Limited. Lianne's early career features positions as a Scrum Master and Systems Application Developer, showcasing expertise in agile methodologies and software development. Lianne holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, as well as a foundational education from Campion College.
