Melissa Rockoff

Melissa Rockoff serves as NCC's Vice President of Human Resources. With over 30 years HR experience, Melissa oversees all areas related to company policies, benefits, team hiring and growing company culture. Prior to NCC, Melissa oversaw HR operations for Sackett National Holdings, parent company to NCC; Zappos.com, ProCaps Laboratories and various banking institutions. Melissa holds degree in psychology with an emphasis in organizational development from San Diego State University.
