Veera Kandukuri

Veera Kandukuri has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Starting in 2001 as an Executive in HR at Teamasia Lakhi Semiconductors Ltd, they then worked as an Assistant Manager in HR at ITC Limited from 2003 to 2005. Veera joined GSK in 2005 as a Manager in HR and later moved to Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where they served as the National Lead for Employee Engagement and Relations for the India Business. Additionally, they held the role of Plant Head HR at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories from 2008 to 2010.

In 2011, Veera Kandukuri joined Coromandel International Limited, where they served as the Head of Human Resources for the India Business, overseeing the Fertilisers, Organic, Specialty Nutrients division. Veera also served as an SBU HR Head for SSP division. Following that, they worked at HR Guru, a start-up HR firm, as the Chief Value Maximiser for Human Resources from 2014 to 2015.

In 2015, Veera Kandukuri joined Dredging Corporation of India Limited & Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd as a Manager in HR. Veera then joined National Fertilizers Limited, where they worked as a Senior Manager in HR from 2018 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Manager in HR at National Fertilizers Limited.

Veera Kandukuri holds a BA degree in History, Economics, and Political Science from Silver Jubilee Degree College, Srikrishna Devaraya University, Anantapur, AP, which they completed from 1994 to 1997. Veera then pursued an MA in PM & IR (Human Resources) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences from 1997 to 1999. In 2008, they obtained a Green Belt Certification in Lean Sigma from GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare. Veera is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Capital Strategies for Business Growth - Pharma Sector in TS & AP from JNTU, Hyderabad, which they started in 2011. Additionally, they obtained a LeanSigma Black Belt certification from GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Ltd, although the specific month remains unknown.
