Matthew S. Holec

Matthew S. Holec, RMP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fields of mechanical estimating, operations management, and project management. Matthew S. currently serves as the President of National Fire Protection, a position they have held since October 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Mechanical Estimating at Rommel Construction, LLC from May 2023 to October 2023.

Matthew S.'sprevious roles include serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Doyle Systems, LLC from October 2020 to May 2023, and as the Chief Estimator-Senior Project Manager at Doyle Systems from November 2019 to September 2020. Matthew S. also held the position of Chief Mechanical & Plumbing Estimator at Clover Services from April 2018 to November 2019.

Before joining Clover Services, Matthew worked as the Director of Operations at Dulles Plumbing Group from April 2016 to April 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Project Manager-Chief Estimator at Seattle Plumbing & Heating from April 2013 to December 2015, and as the Senior Project Manager-Senior Estimator at Hansen Mechanical Contractors, Inc. from January 2004 to April 2013.

Matthew's career began in 2001 where they worked at Cesar's & Harrah's Hotels as a Senior Plumbing & Mechanical Engineer and at Coast West Plumbing as a Project Manager-Estimator.

Matthew S. Holec, RMP attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2004 to 2006, studying Mechanical Engineering. Matthew S. also attended Amity Regional Senior High School, College of Southern Nevada, Colorado Mountain College, and Northern Virginia Community College, where they focused on Construction Management and Psychology. Matthew also attended Notre Dame High School, although no specific field of study was provided for this institution.
