Nicholas Espíritu

Nicholas Espiritu is currently the Deputy Legal Director at the National Immigration Law Center. Nicholas has extensive experience in litigating cases related to constitutional law, immigrants' rights, and voting rights. Nicholas has also held positions at various prestigious organizations such as the American Bar Association, Harvard Carr Center for Human Rights Policy, and USC Gould School of Law. With a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, Nicholas has a strong background in law and has taught courses on Voting Rights Law Seminar and Critical Race Theory.
