Rick Ruthven

Rick Ruthven is a Senior IT Systems Engineer at the National Museum of Australia, where responsibilities include designing and building the server and PC environment for the new Kspace and providing Level 3 support for the Windows Server environment. Previously, Rick served as a Technical Consultant and Senior IT Systems Engineer at ASG Software Solutions, delivering Level 3 support for Novell File, Print, and email systems, as well as Windows Server environments. Prior to that, Rick worked as an Infrastructure Analyst at EDS - Australia, offering high-level support for Netware and Exchange servers. Experience also includes an IT Consultant role at Telstra Enterprise Services, providing extensive server and desktop support, and an IT Support position at the ACCC, where a significant project involved migrating the operating environment. Rick began an IT career at AusAID in various administrative roles.
