Kasey Baker

Kasey Baker is an experienced technology and project management professional with a focus on software development and data standardization in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Technology at the National Organization for Rare Disorders since July 2021, Kasey leads the IAMRARE platform's roadmap, manages QA and UAT testing, and partners with organizations such as the FDA to enhance research and collaboration in the rare disease community. Prior to this role, Kasey worked as a consultant at Yale New Haven Health, where responsibilities included improving communication and coordination during the Covid pandemic, and as a project manager at Yale University Careers, where emphasis was on clinical operations and quality improvement. Kasey has a Ph.D. in Physiology and Neurobiology from the University of Connecticut, where also a graduate student and teaching assistant was held.
