Louise Kelly has extensive experience in various roles within the IT and service delivery sector. Louise began their career as a Consultant at Real Time Engineering Ltd in 1998, where they worked on development projects and provided technical expertise. Louise then moved on to Real Time, an Amor Group company, where they served as a Service Desk Manager before transitioning to Amor Group as a Senior Service Delivery Manager. In 2012, Louise joined NATS, starting as an IS Analyst and progressing to roles such as IS Service Assurance Partner, Service Owner, Head of Competency Transformation, and finally Head of Airport Delivery. Louise's roles have involved managing teams, implementing ITIL guidelines, and ensuring efficient service delivery for critical systems.
Louise Kelly obtained their BSc in Business Information Technology from the University of Portsmouth from 1994 to 1998. Louise also holds additional certifications in ITIL Service Operation, ITIL Service Strategy, ITIL Service Transition, and ITIL V3 Foundation.
