Danyelle MacHado

Danyelle Machado is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within Natura &Co since 2011. Currently serving as the HRBP Manager, Danyelle oversees HR operations for Supply Chain across Latin America, managing a workforce of 1,700 employees. Previous positions at Natura include Human Resources Business Partner focused on administrative areas, Regional Human Resources Business Partner with a focus on commercial areas, and Coordinator of Commercial Training, among others. Key contributions include organizational restructuring, talent development programs, and diversity initiatives. Danyelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Federal da Bahia, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade do Estado da Bahia, and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Psychology at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná. Additionally, Danyelle has completed a course in Design Thinking.
