Yana Balakirev

Yana Balakirev is a Marketing Team Lead and Marketing Analyst at Natural Intelligence since October 2021, previously serving as Senior PPC and Head of LinkedIn at UM Digital - Tel Aviv from July 2019 to September 2021, focusing on high-tech B2B marketing in the global market. Yana has also held roles such as Leadership Program Manager at Camp Tel Yehudah, where an educational program on leadership for youth was developed, and Business Analyst and Consultant for the NOVA Project, working with the nonprofit organization “Enosh” on knowledge management. Yana’s experience includes serving as an Assistant Operations Officer in the Israel Defence Forces, where the rank of Lieutenant was attained. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Tel Aviv University, completed between 2016 and 2019, along with earlier education from Kadoorie High School through the Naale Program.
