Jennifer Sass

Jennifer Sass is currently a Board Member at West Virginia Rivers Coalition and a Professorial Lecturer in the Department of Occupational and Environmental Health at George Washington University. Prior to their current roles, Jennifer worked as a Senior Scientist at NRDC and held positions as a Whitewater Kayak Instructor at Calleva River School, Secretary at Canoe Cruisers Association, and Assistant Instructor at Valley Mill Kayak School. Dr. Sass holds a Post-doctoral degree in Environmental Health from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, a PhD in College of Medicine from the University of Saskatchewan, and a Master of Science in Cell Biology and Anatomy from the University of Saskatchewan.
