Amber Ward

Amber Ward is a business owner currently leading a catering venture named Love at First Bite by AW since April 2024. With a strong background in account management, Amber serves as a Senior Account Specialist and has held the role of Interim Unit Collections Manager at Navient since April 2014. Previous experience includes management positions at Milton's Family Restaurant and Osborn's Family Restaurant, where skills in leadership and customer service were developed from June 2005 to March 2013. Amber holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ivy Tech Community College, obtained from 2011 to 2015, and an Associate's degree in Hospitality Management from Ball State University, studied in 2006-2007. Additionally, Amber completed a bachelor's degree at Ball State University in May 2023 from the Miller College of Business.
