Amit K Mehta

Amit K Mehta is a Principal Scientist at Navigate BioPharma Services, Inc. since April 2023, previously serving as a Senior Scientist and Scientist at Fate Therapeutics Inc. from March 2018 to March 2023. Amit's research background includes a postdoctoral position at the La Jolla Institute for Allergy and Immunology from October 2009 to February 2018, focusing on the effects of TNF family members on pulmonary inflammation and asthma susceptibility. Prior experience includes a Doctoral Researcher role at the Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology (CSIR) from October 2003 to May 2009, where Amit investigated choline as an anti-inflammatory treatment for asthma, as well as a Project Fellow developing allergenicity evaluation protocols for genetically modified foods.
