Cristy Handsaker

Cristy Handsaker has been in the real estate industry since 2000. Cristy began their career at Grubb & Ellis as a Director, where they were responsible for directing strategic planning and tactical execution of portfolios to support clients' corporate business strategy. Cristy then moved to CH2M in 2008, where they served as Senior Manager, managing a global portfolio and providing oversight of facilities management, project delivery, inspections, transaction management and leasing, contracts, legal review, lease administration, risk management, IT, security and procurement. In 2018, they joined Washington Capital Management as Vice President, Asset Management, coordinating real estate transactions for both equity and debt, managing the closing process and legal review of projects up to $60MM+ investments, and liaising with a team of asset managers, legal counsel and joint venture partners. Most recently, in 2021, they became Senior Director, Account Management at NavigatorCRE.

Cristy Handsaker is currently studying Mathematics at the University of Iowa. Cristy has obtained four additional certifications, including an Account Manager (Quota Carrying) Certification 1.18.23 from Sales Assembly in January 2023, a Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) from CoreNet Global in March 2016, a LEED Green Associate from the US Green Building Council in June 2010, and a Colorado Real Estate License from the State of Colorado in August 2000.
