Emily Carpenter

Emily Carpenter, Ed.D., BCC, currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Experiential Impact at Nazareth College, a position held since January 2012, where Emily leads multiple units to enhance experiential learning initiatives. Carpenter has a strong background in career services, having launched the Center for Life's Work and previously held various roles at the University of Rochester, including Senior Associate Director at the Career Center. With a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership Studies anticipated in 2024 from Northeastern University, alongside a Master’s in Counselor Education and a Bachelor’s in Business Management, Carpenter combines expertise in experiential learning and career development to promote access and equity for students.
