Ben Swinford

Ben Swinford currently serves as the VP of Video & Streaming Engineering at NBC Sports Next, a position held since September 2022. Additionally, Ben is a Partner at Launch Labs, focused on building talented offshore teams for the U.S. Previously, Ben co-founded Rapid Replay, which was acquired by NBCUniversal in September 2022 and served as Chief Technology Officer at a video tech company specializing in video delivery tools for sports, achieving over 200 million views. Prior experience includes working as a Software Engineer with a focus on Swift, Obj-C, and JavaScript, and coaching and playing baseball in Australia. Ben began their career with a consulting internship at Accenture during the summer of 2013, following a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Cornell University, completed in May 2014.
