Steve Hall

Steve Hall is an experienced automotive operations professional currently serving as Vice President of NCM Associates and an instructor at the NCM Institute since December 2012. In these roles, Steve Hall conducts comprehensive management training for automotive dealerships, covering various disciplines such as General Management, Sales Management, and Parts Management. Prior to this, Steve Hall owned TMAC Solutions, a consulting company focused on Automotive Fixed Operations, from May to December 2012. From October 1995 to November 2011, Steve Hall held the position of Vice President of Fixed Operations at Wolfe Automotive Group, where successes included directing fixed operations for a large Acura store and consistently receiving awards for excellence.
