John Leinaweaver

John Leinaweaver has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. John started their career at The Summerhouse Restaurant in 1985, where they served as the General Manager and achieved success in fine dining. John then moved on to Nicks on the Water as the General Manager before joining Hemingway's Restaurant as a Manager. At Hemingway's, they delivered outstanding results and achieved consistent growth for six consecutive years.

In 1998, John became the District Manager at Gastronomia Ristorante And Uptown Bar, where they navigated the corporation through rapid growth and expansion. John was responsible for all construction, permits, and licensing, as well as sourcing and procurement. John also played a key role in developing training curricula and hiring and developing management positions.

John then served as the General Manager at Sammy Frogs – Italian Pacific Rim Grill, where they maximized profits and maintained strict budget control. However, the company decided to close the location to focus on operations in Tampa.

In 2004, John joined The Meadows Country Club as the Assistant General Manager and quickly advanced to a position of increased responsibility. In 2009, John became the General Manager and COO at Plantation Golf and Country Club. In this role, they led all aspects of operations at this member-owned club, including vision, strategy, and execution. John was responsible for a $9MM budget and $2.2MM in annual revenue from Food & Beverage operations. John served as the General Manager and COO until May 2016.
