Prior to their executive roles, they had entrepreneurial experience as an independent entrepreneur at AG Ruicar from 1992 to 1997.

Jose Manuel R. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Electronics and Servo Systems from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid between 1987 and 1993. In 2002-2003, they pursued a Master's degree in PDCD from the IESE Business School, specializing in executive management. Additionally, they received training in digital transformation at OSI Telefónica in 2001.
