Arjun Butola

Arjun Butola has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Arjun started their career in 2006 as a Back Office Executive at ICICI Bank. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Coordinator and then took on a project at ITC Hotels. Following this, they served as a Human Resources Executive at Le Meridien New Delhi from 2010 to 2013. Arjun then joined Mayar Group as an Assistant Manager-HR, where they focused on recruitment and job development from 2013 to 2015. Arjun later joined Clarks Inn Group of Hotels as an Assistant Manager HR - Corporate in 2015. Arjun's most recent experience includes positions at Neemrana Hotels, where they served as Deputy Manager Human Resources from 2017 and was promoted to Head of Human Resources in February 2019. Arjun'sroles at Neemrana Hotels involved managing various HR activities such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services.

Arjun Butola's education history begins in the year 2000, when they completed their high school education in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) from U.P. Board. From 2003 to 2006, they attended CCS University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, with a major in Mathematics.

In 2011, Arjun enrolled at Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies-Pune, where they pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Human Resources Management. Arjun completed this program in 2013.

Additionally, Arjun Butola has obtained certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In 2011, they became a Statutory Expert, a certification acquired from Labour Law Reporter. Later, in October 2014, they obtained a certification as a Certified Human Resource Manager from Vskills.
