David Weaver is a recognized expert in employee compensation and human resources with an extensive career spanning various leadership roles. Currently serving as a 2X Bestselling and Award-Winning Author at Pay Matters, David has penned influential works including *Pay Matters: The Art and Science of Employee Compensation* and *Pay Matters to Kids.* As Executive Director of the Pay Matters Foundation, David oversees philanthropic initiatives aimed at educating individuals on compensation.
