Romina Cepeda

Romina Cepeda currently serves as the Assistant Principal of Culture at Neighborhood Charter Schools, where responsibilities include fostering a healthy school culture that promotes student growth and collaborating closely with the principal to implement the school's cultural vision. Prior to this role, Romina worked as the Community School Director at Phipps Neighborhoods, managing a $1 million annual budget and overseeing various educational programs while aligning resources to meet school needs. Romina began their career as an Education Specialist/Master Trainer at BronxWorks, where management of a $700K+ budget facilitated the development of an engaging after-school program for over 150 youth and the supervision of a large team of staff. Romina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Gender Studies and Computer Science from Fordham University.
