Melody Gravil

Melody Gravil is the Human Resource Director bringing over 20 years of experience in auditing, human resources, EEO Compliance, training, etc. to their team. While at NEIS she developed the training program, streamlined their hiring process and developed their Human Resource Department, which she currently oversees. She works with their HR team to identify prospective talent and collaborates with other departments to streamline the company’s organizational development. Prior to joining NEIS, she was an Auditor, Audit Manager and EEO Compliance Officer for a premium audit firm and the state of Kentucky. Melody earned her B.A. from Mid-Continent University and is a member of SHRM.
