Andrey Falaleyev

Andrey Falaleyev is the CTO at Neon Labs. Andrey was previously the Director at Commun from December 2019 to December 2020. Their responsibilities there included enabling people by providing them with tools to govern and manage their communities, monetise their activities, first on social media, later everywhere. Andrey was also responsible for business development and investment relations.

From January 2015 to December 2016, Andrey Falaleyev was the Director of Innovations Office at the National Research University – Higher School of Economics where they managed the venture fund, developed start-ups, and created programs.

From January 2010 to December 2011, they worked as a referent at the Ministry for Economic Development of the Russian Federation where they were responsible for developing industrial and investment policies, managing events, and enforcing laws.

Andrey Falaleyev has also been the Director at Cybercoredev from February 2021 to November 2021 and at cyberFund from January 2015 to December 2020. As Head of Strategic Planning and Investments Office at the Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship of Moscow from January 2011 to December 2013, they were responsible for consulting on marketing and PR strategies.

From January 2009 to December 2009, Andrey Falaleyev worked as a freelance consultant on marketing and PR strategies.

Andrey Falaleyev has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from INSEAD and also participated in an exchange program in business administration at the University of Saarland. Andrey has a diploma in radioelectronics from Vyatka State University.

Andrey Falaleyev reports to Marina Guryeva, CEO. Anton Lisanin - Solana Tech Lead, Nazim Gafarov - Frontend Team Lead, and Oleg Suharev - QA Lead report to Andrey Falaleyev. They are on a team with Anna Nechkina - HR Director, Yuriy Yurchenko - CPO, and Semen Medvedev - Head of Development.
