Kunal Sharma

Kunal has over a decade of manufacturing and operations leadership experience in the automotive, semi-conductor, aerospace, and defense industries. Currently, Kunal’s focus is on applying lean methodologies and eliminating waste throughout NEO Tech’s Value Stream. His career started as a Manufacturing Engineer at Toyota (NUMMI) and Kavlico, and earlier at at Danaher and Rexnord. Kunal used his lean manufacturing knowledge to successfully lead multiple manufacturing and business process Kaizen events resulting in substantial improvements in OTD, yields, and reduction of inventory. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in Industrial Technology.
