Heather Wilkins is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management, technical support, and customer service. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Support at NerdPress since September 2019, Heather oversees support operations and client interactions to ensure effective and timely task completion. Prior to this role, Heather worked at Georgia Lou Studios as a WordPress Technical Support & Customer Service Nerd, where technical skills were applied to resolve user inquiries and enhance customer support documentation. Heather began a career in healthcare as a Medical Laboratory Scientist at Community Medical Center, with earlier experience as a Health Insurance Claims Examiner and a Peer Tutor. Heather possesses a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biological Sciences from the University of Montana.
