Rachel Bragg has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.
Starting in 2015, they worked as an Assistant Preschool Teacher at Sprouts Preschool and Childcare, where they demonstrated empathy and collaborated with colleagues to create a nurturing environment for children.
In 2017, they became a Barista at Starbucks, focusing on creating handcrafted beverages and ensuring customer satisfaction.
In 2019, Rachel worked as an Architectural Intern at 100 Fold Studio, where they designed sustainable structures for humanitarian organizations and developed skills in Revit and AutoCAD.
Rachel also participated in the AmeriCorps Summer Studio, where they utilized teamwork and creative problem-solving to design interactive storage structures for Somers Middle School.
Rachel then became a Designer and Social Media Strategist at 7Grid in 2020, where they redesigned their logo, developed their brand language, and focused on establishing their social media presence.
In the same year, they started freelancing as a Designer, translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Rachel also conducted usability studies and prepared high-fidelity designs.
Currently, Rachel is a Product Designer at Netchex, where they champion user empathy and research-driven design to improve existing products and develop new features. Rachel translates client requirements into product stories and tasks and organizes the UI component library for streamlined workflows.
Rachel Bragg has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Innovative Design from Cedarville University, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Edmonds College from 2014 to 2016 and earned an Associate of Arts - AA degree. More recently, Rachel attended Designlab in 2020 and 2021, where they pursued a degree in Experience and Product Design. In addition to their formal education, Rachel has obtained certifications in Figma Training Course from SaaS Design in December 2022 and Social Media Certification from HubSpot Academy in October 2020.
