Tim Birkner

Tim Birkner has extensive work experience in the engineering industry. Tim is currently employed as the Vice President of Engineering at Netrality Data Centers since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Netrality Properties as the Associate Vice President of Engineering from February 2015 to January 2020. Before joining Netrality Properties, Tim served as the Chief Engineer at Griffin Partners from August 2006 to February 2015. Tim started their career at Hines as the Assistant Engineering Manager in October 1988 and worked there until June 2006.

Tim Birkner attended Houston Community College from 1988 to 1990, where they studied Stationary Engineering. In 1995, they obtained a Universal CFC License from Texas A&M University. In addition to their degree, Tim holds certifications including a City Of Houston Maintenance Electrician License, a First Grade Stationary Engineers License from the City of Houston, and certifications as a System Maintenance Technician and Systems Maintenance Administrator from BOMI International.
