Kristin Carnes

Kristin Carnes is an accomplished leader in channel operations and sales strategy, currently serving as the Vice President of Global Channel Operations, Programs and Strategy at Netskope since June 2021. Prior to this role, Kristin held various senior positions at McAfee, including Senior Director of Global Distribution Sales and Strategy and Director of Global Distribution, Channel Programs and Operations, overseeing global programs for a $1.5 billion business following an acquisition. Additional experience includes leading worldwide channel sales at Skyhigh Networks, Rubrik, Inc., Pernix Data, and Nimble Storage, with significant contributions to partner community development and strategic channel management. Kristin's educational background includes a Master’s in Leadership Theory from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Puget Sound.
