Bobby Franklin

Bobby Franklin is currently the Vice President of Operations at New Orleans Public Belt Railroad since May 2017. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Transportation Officer at CSX from October 2005 to May 2017, starting as a Superintendent. Bobby graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from The University of Southern Mississippi in 1997, following an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Pearl River Community College in 1995.
