Dorie Alexander

Chief Talent Officer, Dorie Alexander holds over 20 years of public school experience. She is responsible for directing the New Paradigm For Education, Human Resources Department and oversees benefits, recruiting, HR compliance, employee management and school related insurance. Dorie was instrumental in implementing a new Human Resource Management System. This innovative talent management system combines talent acquisition, onboarding, self-service engagement, and benefits management. Dorie is a founding member of Detroit Edison Public School Academy (DEPSA).
