Colette Cleary

Colette joined New Perspective in February of 2020. She has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry working with private and Fortune 500 companies in business development, commercial operations, sales management and compensation management.

Colette developed a passion for senior living when following her grandmother and uncle through their care with various types of dementia. She is excited to help seniors “live life on purpose” and bring joy to each day. Colette was born and raised in Theresa, WI area and currently resides in Hartford with her husband and son.
