David Pessanha Siqueira

David Pessanha Siqueira is currently serving as a Propagation Scientist at Scion since March 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Guest PhD researcher at the University of Copenhagen from October 2019 to November 2020, and as a Teaching Assistant at UENF - Universidade Estadual do Norte Fluminense, where responsibilities included teaching subjects related to forest law, seedlings production, and dendrology from March to August 2019. David's earlier experience includes working as an Agricultural Market Researcher at Kleffmann Group in 2015 and an internship at Frutificar - Fundenor in 2014. Academically, David holds a PhD in Forestry and a Master's degree in Forestry from UENF, a Guest PhD in Forest Management/Forest Resources Management from the University of Copenhagen, and an Engineer's degree in Agronomy and Crop Science from UENF, complemented by completing high school at Lycée Jean Vigo.
