Nikki Rackley

Nikki Rackley is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the General Manager of People & Culture at New Zealand King Salmon since February 2021. Prior roles at the same organization include Head of People & Culture and People & Culture Senior Business Partner. Nikki's career in human resources began as a Human Resources Advisor at New Zealand King Salmon from March 2015 to September 2018, followed by a position as a Human Resources Advisor at Port Nelson Limited from October 2018 to February 2021. Nikki also gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist at MVision Private Equity Advisers in 2014. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Canterbury.
