Melissa Dombrowski has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Their most recent position is at Newfields, where they have been working since 2019. Initially, they served as an Ecommerce Manager / Assistant Retail Operations Manager until January 2022, and currently, they hold the role of Ecommerce Manager & Visual Merchandising Manager + Product Development.
Before Newfields, Melissa worked at The Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art as a Sales and Merchandising Associate from April 2016 to March 2020.
In addition to their museum experience, Melissa has also gained research and internship experience. Melissa's earliest work experience was as an Office Assistant at Ivy Tech Community College Office of Career Services, where they worked from March 2013 to October 2014.
Melissa Dombrowski earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis in 2018. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Museology/Museum Studies from the same institution between 2016 and 2018.
