Elavarasu has extensive experience in recruiting and human resources, currently serving as a Recruiter for the US TAG at Newt Global since July 2013. Prior to this role, Elavarasu worked as a US IT Recruiter at JMA Information Technology, specializing in identifying IT professionals in the US market. Experience also includes serving as an HR Counsellor at Bluechip Service International Chennai, where responsibilities encompassed the full cycle recruiting process and affirmative action paperwork. Earlier professional experience includes an internship as an HR Trainee at L&T Ltd., ECC Division, focusing on employee records and attendance. Elavarasu holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Hindustan University and a Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Kaamdhenu Arts and Science.
