Vicky Rhodes

Vicky Rhodes has a diverse range of work experience in the field of business strategy and consulting. Vicky co-founded and served as a director for Better Strategy Limited, where they focused on skill building interventions related to business strategy, consulting skills, and logical communication. Vicky was also an affiliate faculty member at London Business School, where they directed and facilitated the strategy and entrepreneurship program. Vicky has held executive positions at Newton Venture Program and Henley Business School, and has co-founded Virtual ExecEd and worked as a leadership consultant and coach at Osprey Leadership. Prior to these roles, Vicky gained experience as a strategy practice manager at Imparta, a strategy consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and a strategy consultant at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting. Vicky started their career as a consultant at The Waterfront Partnership.

Vicky Rhodes holds a BA in Politics from the University of Strathclyde and an MSC in Philosophy from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
