Stéphane Dalliet

Mr. Stéphane Dalliet has been Managing Director of the Nexity Residential Real Estate division since June 2021. He is a graduate of the École Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP) and holds a master's degree from HEC Entrepreneurs. Director of Development at Bouygues Immobilier until 2008, he became Director of Development at Kaufman & Broad in 2011 before heading the Paris region for the group. In 2015, he was appointed Chairman of Cogedim Région Île-de-France and then Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pitch Promotion in 2019.
