Dominik Maier

Dominik Maier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Currently serving as Managing Director and Co-Founder of Next Level Coffee GmbH since February 2021, Dominik also holds the position of Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter at kinimod Invest UG. As a Partner and Principal at Orange Hills GmbH since April 2017, Dominik provides mentorship and strategic advice to executive boards and innovation leaders. In addition to industry roles, Dominik contributes to academia as an Executive Lecturer at several institutions, including TUM School of Management, ESB Business School, Lucerne University, and Aalto University, focusing on innovation, business creation, and entrepreneurship.
