Michael Caiazza has a diverse work experience. Michael began their career as a Senior Certified Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens in April 2020. In this role, they managed pharmacy operations, coordinated workflow, and led COVID-19 vaccination efforts. Their exceptional customer care skills were recognized by the Walgreens director of retail operations.

Michael Caiazza obtained their high school diploma from the Classical School of Wichita in the years 2016 to 2019. Michael then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Management from Wichita State University, starting in 2019 and expected to graduate in 2023.
In terms of certifications, Michael obtained a Black Belt Certification (BB) from World Taekwondo in December 2018. Michael also obtained certifications in CPR & AED from Cardio Partners in January 2021, as well as Certified Pharmacy Based Technician Immunization Administrator from the APhA Foundation in the same month and year. In April 2021, they received a certification as a PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB). Additionally, Michael obtained a certification in Social Media Marketing from HubSpot Academy in March 2022 and a Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google Analytics in February 2022.
