Diana Jacobs

Diana Jacobs, MS-HRD, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist II at Woodbourne Center since December 2019, Diana has been promoted from HR Generalist I and has also acted as HR Manager for six months. Previous roles include HR Coordinator at LEARN Behavioral, Leave Specialist at The Community College of Baltimore County, and HR Generalist at The Maryland School for the Blind, among others. Diana has expertise in employee relations, full-cycle recruiting, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance, supported by a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Towson University.
