Dela Atubra has extensive work experience in various industries and sectors. Dela has served as the Managing Director of NGO Recruit, a specialist recruitment agency focused on sourcing top talent for the non-profit, development sector. Dela has also worked with organizations such as DG Murray Trust, C&A Friedlander, Social Investment Business, International Transport Workers' Federation (ITF), and Testhouse Ltd in different roles. Their experience spans from 2002 to the present, showcasing their versatility and expertise across multiple fields.

Dela Atubra has a Master's degree from Birkbeck, University of London. Prior to that, Dela obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of East London.
