Lori Paladino

Lori Paladino is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting and talent program management. Currently serving as Talent Programs Manager at Niantic, Inc. since March 2022, Lori oversees the Voyager Apprenticeship Program, Summer Internship Program, and internal mobility and recruiting events. Prior to this role, Lori held various positions at LiveRamp from August 2019 to March 2022, focusing on early career and internal mobility recruitment. Lori also ran Lori Paladino Photography from 2002 to 2019, specializing in wedding, event, and portrait photography. Additional experience includes roles at Google as a contract recruiter, Genentech as Senior Recruiter, and various recruiters positions starting in 1997 at Hambrecht & Quist. Lori holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Boston University.
