Cheryl Brody

Cheryl Brody has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Cheryl began their career as a Personnel Manager at Coopers & Lybrand in 1986. Cheryl then worked as a Director/Manager of Human Resources at Keyfile/Lexign/Providus, where they managed the HR organization and oversaw succession planning, performance management, and benefits and compensation programs. Cheryl later joined Providus, Inc. as a Director/Manager of Human Resources, where they effectively positioned HR as a strategic business partner and led all recruiting efforts. In 2005, Cheryl became a Vice President/Sr. Director/Director of Human Resources at NaviSite, a Time Warner Cable Company, where they proactively led HR efforts and successfully managed human capital planning and talent acquisition. Cheryl then worked as a Director of Human Resources at Airmar Technology Corporation, focusing on HR strategy and management. Most recently, Cheryl served as a Senior Director of Human Resources at INFINIDAT, USA, overseeing HR functions and holding certifications as a PHR and SHRM-CP.

Cheryl Brody has studied Business Administration at both Franklin Pierce University and Southern New Hampshire University. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in May 2018 and the Caliper Essentials Certification from Caliper in 2019. Cheryl also holds the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
