Helen Leonard

Helen Leonard is an accomplished governance manager at NIGP: The Institute for Public Procurement since September 2016, where responsibilities include supporting the governance model and managing the Governing Board, Councils, and volunteer programs. Previous roles include associate director and program manager at the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging from September 2013 to September 2016, health educator at Inova HealthSource from October 2012 to April 2016, senior project manager at The Society of State Leaders of Health and Physical Education from June 1999 to June 2011, and deputy executive director of corporate and community health at the American Lung Association of Northern Virginia from May 1989 to May 1996. Helen Leonard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health Education from James Madison University in 1988.
