Manish Tomar

Manish Tomar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology and cyber security solutions, currently serving as Sr. Manager Global Support at NIKSUN since December 2005. In this role, Manish has successfully led the development and implementation of support services models and service level agreements to enhance productivity and ensure application/infrastructure stability on a global scale. Manish has also held positions as Global Manager Support, where responsibilities included providing technical support for network performance monitoring tools and managing a team, and as Shift Lead, focusing on networking operations and client servicing. Prior experience includes serving as a Team Lead at vCustomer, overseeing technical operations and mentoring new hires. Manish holds a Master of Computer Applications from Maharshi Dayanand University and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
